Poco Wine Room

Located in the heart of Capital Hill (near pine and 15th) is this cute little wine bar tucked away at the foot of a modern condo complex. Besides a great cozy space, Poco offers a nice array of local wines including their own label and a wonderful small food menu.
I had the chance recently to stop in to Poco with a few friends and partake of their happy hour, which by the way is every day from 4pm to 630pm. The happy hour menu had 5 different bites to choose from and 2 (white and red) wines on draft. Draft?! Yes, Poco has 2 wines on tap (just like beer.)
wines I tried:
white- Sleight Of Hand "the Magician" Gewurztraminer. (toasty, crisp and not sweet. Loved it!)
-Windfall Asian Pear. (wonderful pear essence and great with bites)
-Poco Signature Pino Gris. (a good wine for the price!)
red- Envious Winemakers Woodinville Red. (peppery, cherry notes, also nice with bites)
-Gordon Brothers Syrah. (good berry notes and an astringent element)
I will certainly be back to Poco very soon to fill you in on more of the latest from this mush do little wine cafe! Please do check it out on your own when you get a chance.
